Failure to Complete...
Failure to Complete Required C.E.
Failure to complete the required continuing education may subject the licensee to disciplinary action by the Board.

Auditing of C.E.
The Board conducts a random audit of 15% of licenses due for renewal each renewal period. Renewal forms will be marked to show whether the licensee has been chosen to provide proof of having completed the required continuing education.

Renewal Notices
The Board makes every effort to send renewal notices to licensees approximately six weeks prior to the expiration date of the license. However, if the address that the Board has for the licensee is not current, there is a good possibility that the renewal notice may not reach the licensee. It is the licensee's responsibility to assure that his or her license is current. The expiration date of the license is printed on its face. If a renewal notice is not received from the Board by one month before the expiration date on the license, call the Board immediately.

Change of Address Notification
Oregon law requires that licensees notify the Board within 30 days of any change of address. Failure to do so can result in the licensee not receiving important information from the Board — such as license renewal notices!
