The Office of Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business administers the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE), and Emerging Small Business (ESB) Certification Programs.
As the sole certification authority in Oregon for targeted government contracts for disadvantaged, minority-and woman-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses, OMWESB provides "one-stop" certification. Applicants are encouraged to apply for all certifications for which they may qualify.
Note: OMWESB does not provide grants or loans of any kind.
