The Office of Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business administers the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise/Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE), and Emerging Small Business (ESB) programs. As the sole certification authority in Oregon for targeted government contracts for disadvantaged, minority, and woman-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses, OMWESB provides "one-stop" certification.

| How long does it take to get certified? |
|
Normally DBE, MBE, or WBE certification takes 60-90 days after we receive all the required documentation. ESB applications can usually be processed in about 30 days.
