EB
Also "Extended Benefits (EB)"
An extension of the regular benefit program for periods of high unemployment.  Allows qualified claimants additional weeks of benefits.  Different eligibility factors apply to the EB program.

EUC
Also "Emergency Unemployment Insurance Compensation (EUC)"
An extension of the regular benefit program enacted by the federal government in July 2008.  Allows qualified claimants additional weeks of benefits.  Different eligibility factors apply to the EUC program.

FAC
Also "Federal Additional Compensation(FAC)"
As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, all Unemployment Insurance claims receive and additional $25 per week for the duration of the program.  Note: the additional $25 is pre-tax; claimants electing to have tax whithholding will receive less than $25 per week.  The FAC program has ended as of December 2010.

OEB
Also "Oregon Extended Benefits (OEB)"
A state funded extension of the regular benefit program.  This program is only available when the Oregon Legislature passes specific legislation enacting the extension.
