    The Oregon Employment Department is charged with: The administration of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Trust Fund, including the collection of UI taxes and payment of UI benefits; job seeker services both online and in-person; Compiling quality labor market information; and, Child care provider licensing. The Employment Department Rules Section ensures the timely and legal filings of Administrative Rules with the Oregon Secretary of State Archives Division.
