    Office Workers By Employers, For Employers
    The Oregon Employer Council is a non-profit organization consisting of 20 local councils across the state. Since 1981, the OEC has given employers a voice in how their tax dollars are used in administering the unemployment insurance and employment service programs. Through low-cost seminars and other events, the OEC provides valuable tools to today's employers.
