Josephine County Oregon Employer Council is a partnership between employers and the Oregon Employment Department, advocating for employer education and influence in our community by identifying and addressing local work force challenges. Our commitment to our community is to:
*Invest in Josephine County, by developing an effective labor exchange
*Educate employers about human resource issues through local seminars and monthly meetings
*Increase employer awareness about work force issues that influence Josephine County
*Improve the Oregon Employment Department response to work force demands
Your Josephine County Oregon Employer Council meets the third Tuesday of every month at the Oregon Employment Department, 1545 Harbeck., Grants Pass, 7:30 a.m. Local employers or their representatives are encouraged to attend and participate to voice their concerns and ideas to make our community a better place to work and live.
