Oregon Employer Council is a partnership between employers and the Oregon Employment Department, advocating for employer education and influence in our community by identifying and addressing local work force challenges. Our commitment to our community is to:
*Educate employers about human resource issues through local seminars and monthly meetings
*Increase employer awareness about work force issues that influence our area
*Improve the Oregon Employment Department response to work force demands
*Invest in Klamath & Lake Counties, by developing an effective labor exchange
Your Klamath -Lake Employer Council meets the second Tuesday of every month (unless noted) at the Worksource Klamath, 801 Oak Ave, Klamath Falls, Oregon at noon - 1 p.m. Local employers or their representatives are encouraged to attend and participate to voice their concerns and ideas to make our community a better place to work and live.
