Changes to Oregon Revised Statute on Musicians

As of April 29, 2009 ORS 657.506 (affecting musicians) has been repealed. Now the independent contractor standards (ORS 670.600) will apply to musicians performing services for a musical venue, bar, tavern, restaurant, lounge and alike.
