There were typographical errors in the UI Pub 8 that was mailed to employers with tax rate notices on November 14, 2008. The errors involved rates with benefit ratios in the following ranges:
.107121 through .115084 and .181553 through .221807
On the publication, the rates that were listed next to these ratios are incorrect.
This does not affect the accuracy of the actual rate notices mailed to each employer. However, there may be some confusion if an employer references the incorrect information when reviewing the individual tax rate notice.
