Secure Employer Tax Reporting Online (SETRON) 

Welcome to quarterly combined payroll tax reporting on the Internet!

  • IMPORTANT: Please make sure to turn off the Pop-Up Blocker for SETRON to work correctly. Each Browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) is different and requires a configuration change. For additional information in doing this, do a Google Search on your Browser with the key phrase 'How to turn off Pop-Up Blockers.' Once you have done that return to this page and 'Begin SETRON.'
  • You can complete your quarterly report on this web site and send it to us electronically. Report forms available on this site include the Wage Detail Report (Form 132), Schedule B, and Oregon Quarterly Tax Report (OQ).

  • You can report up to fifty (50) employees using this web-based report.

  • General instructions for completing the forms are available by clicking here​.

  • This easy to use format will lead you step by step through the reports. When you are finished, you will be able to print paper copies for your records.

  • You have only a limited amount of time between each form before the process will time out on you. You will have 59 minutes to complete each form.

  • Throughout the process, if an error does occur, there are a variety of error messages that will tell you what you need to do to correct it.

  • NOTICE! Use ONLY the navigational buttons included in this program. Using any other navigation tools on your computer may create errors and your report will not be recorded accurately.

  • Send your payments to the Department of Revenue using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by mailing your payment with an Oregon Combined Payroll Tax Coupon (OTC). For further information on how to make your payments call 503-945-8091.
