Employer Account Information
Employer Account Access
The employer account access system is designed to provide employers quick, 24x7 access to their unemployment insurance tax account information and the availability to make payments on delinquent quarters. If you have submitted your registration within the last 6 weeks your information may still be in process. Your account information may not be available.
The system has some requirements for access:
  • You must know your Business Identification Number (BIN) and the Check Digit.  Together these will form a number often seen on official Employment Department documents like "xxxxxxx-z". (where each ´x´ represents a number of the BIN and ´z´ is your check digit).
  • You must know your 4 digit Employer Account Access PIN. This PIN number is not the same as the PIN for the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system.  The Employer Account Access PIN may be set to be the same as the EFT PIN, if you choose.  If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times you will be locked out, and will not be allowed to enter Employer Account Access.  To reset your PIN please call: 503-947-1544, option 3.
