Following is a list of pre-qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCO). The Oregon Department of Energy provides the list to assist Oregon state agencies and public building owners/managers in selecting an ESCO for the purpose of entering into an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC). The Oregon Department of Energy makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of the quality, performance, workmanship, or any other characteristic of said companies.
