I. Administrative Items
  1. Approve minutes from September 16th meeting of the Commission. 
  2. Continue discussion of OGWC principles document from prior meeting. 
  3. Discussion (NOTE: now also an action item) of process for Commission to have “rapid response” capability (e.g., event endorsements, legislative testimony, and similar). 
  4. Approval of language to record action on Agriculture Sub-Committee proposal resolution, which the Commission found to be “consistent” at last meeting. 
  5. Approval of OGWC function document (presented at last meeting of the Commission) as a basis for the ongoing work of the Commission. 
  6. Provision of reports from Science/Technology Committee to Commission. 

II. Action Items
 
  1. Resolution to support certain Energy Efficiency Working Group recommendations, with qualifications from the Commission.
  2. Resolution to support certain Renewable Energy Working Group recommendations, with qualifications from the Commission. 
  3. Resolution to support certain recommendations from the Executive Committee
  4. Resolution to make specified recommendations to Transportation Vision process outcomes. 
  5. Resolution to make specified recommendations to Land Conservation and Development Commission.
  6. Approval of OGWC budget request to Legislature, presented at last meeting.
