To further Governor Kulongoski's renewable energy initiatives, the Oregon Department of Energy is establishing a statewide Solar Energy Working Group (SEWG). This group will bring together stakeholders to develop a strategic plan for solar energy.
Workforce development (training);
Manufacturing (supply side recruitment and business development);
Local Market and Public Education (new and existing construction, marketing, incentives, schools).
