  • July 1, 1996: Construction complete and beginning of facility operation
  • July 23, 1996: Council approved Amendment #3 (partial reassignment) and issued the Amended Site Certificate

  • November 17, 2000: Council approved Amendment #5 (allowing land application of discharged cooling water) and issued Temporary Third Amended Site Certificate
