The charts listed below provide general case status information. This page is updated only following a commission meeting so the information contained on the charts may not reflect recent activity or the actual status of a case. The charts do not include those cases that are pending within the confidential preliminary review phase of an investigation. Also not appearing are those jurisdictional complaints that were not undertaken at the time of filing due to recent budget constraints and those cases where additional information has been requested from the complainant to determine if there is sufficient cause to enter into an investigation.
The first letter of the alphabetic suffix of the case number denotes the type of case as follows:
E = Government Standards and Practices (Ethics) issues
X = Executive Session provisions of Public Meetings law
L = Lobbying issues
S = Statement of Economic Interest filing issues
