The Multicultural Center at Central Oregon Community College is a community/student center whose primary mission is to promote diversity on and off campus through programming and related student services.

The Centro Cultural César Chávez was established to provide a location and facility for programming various academic, cultural, recreational and social events related to the Chicano/Latino/Hispanic culture and heritage.
Centro LatinoAmericano Centro LatinoAmericano was formed in 1972 by a group of Chicano students from Lane Community College and the University of Oregon to meet the needs of new families in Lane County. Centro LatinoAmericano continues to be the single largest agency in Lane County dedicated to serving the Latino population and is the primary access-point for the Latino community in the county, especially those with limited English proficiency.

Civil rights laws also provide protection for those seeking housing or using public facilities such as retail establishments or transportation services.

Unete, Center for Farm Worker Advocacy
Unete is a volunteer-led movement of farmworkers and immigrants in rural Southern Oregon educating their community and advocating for worker rights, humane immigration policy, and full participation in the decision-making processes affecting their lives. Unete is the only Latino-led non-profit in the Rogue Valley.
