About Us
The Oregon Legislature has worked hard to make sure that laws about independent contractor issues are clear, and to make sure that there is adequate assistance in this area from the agencies that administer these laws.  This site is a result of their efforts and a form of outreach to businesses and individuals who may need additional help understanding the issues and the requirements of the laws.
