Jackson County Circuit Court traffic arraignments are scheduled every Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 PM. However, you may appear on your citation to enter a plea or request a trial at any time during the week between working hours. Our Violations Bureau Clerk can assist you in resolving the charges on your citation. The clerk’s office is located on the first floor of the Jackson County Justice Building in Medford, Oregon.
Violations are offenses in which the only penalty that can be imposed is a fine. They not only include traffic, boating, fish & wildlife and State Park violations but also Minor in Possession and Possession of Less than 1 ounce of Marijuana.

The clerk will assess a fine based on statutory amount per ORS 153.093.
