The law allows the following fees to recover administrative and collection costs, without further notice to you.

Account Administration Fee  ORS 1.202(1)
A $50.00 or $100.00 Administration Fee, and a docketed money judgment, if eligible, will be added to all monetary judgments when a payment plan is set up.

Collection Cost Fee  ORS 1.202(2)
A Collection Referral Fee, and a docketed money judgment, if eligible, will be added to every case that is referred to the Oregon Department of Revenue or a third party collection agency for collection.

License Suspension Fee  ORS 809.267
A $15.00 License Suspension Assessment and docketed money judgment, if eligible, will be added to each case in which the court is required to notify the Oregon Department of Motor vehicles of suspension or restriction on the defendant's driving privileges.
