Public Notice: 2/5/2010 Meeting of the State Landscape Architect Board
The Oregon State Landscape Architect Board will convene on Friday, February 5, 2010, at 10:00AM for a quarterly meeting.
The meeting will be preceded by an 8:30 AM Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(f) and ORS 671.338(1)(b) to consider documents that are exempt by law from public inspection. The Executive Session will be followed by a Work Session with discussions of the draft Bylaws.
Both the Work Session and the Board Meeting will be held in Conference Room A, 2nd Floor at The Association Center, 707 13th Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301. The Board may enter into Executive Session
During the meeting, the Board may consider: - Administrative Rule review, - Compliance matters, - Continuing education issues, - Examination administration, - Financial reports, - Legislative activities, and - Registration applications and reinstatements.
Meetings of the Board are open to the public. Parties interested in the regulation of Landscape Architects or the practice of landscape architecture are invited to attend.
