As of November 1, 2008 the LCB will no longer be administering the exam at our office or through the DMV. The exam will be administered through a third party examination company called PSI.
The Laws and Rules section has changed to Laws, Rules and Business Practice and is now based upon the current statutes and rules plus information found in the Owner/Managing Employee manual found either online at or from the LCB office as printed text ($10) or on CD ($5). Contact the LCB for a copy of this manual at (503) 378-5909 ext. 221.
September 30th will be the last day the LCB will mail tests to any of the DMV's we contract with.
October 31st will be the last testing day at our Salem office.

DO NOT CALL THE LCB STAFF TO SCHEDULE A TEST.
After October 1st, contact PSI at 800-733-9267 or online at www.psiexams.com to schedule an examination appointment and make payment for the exam or to ask questions regarding the examination. Appointments will be scheduled fortaking the exam after November 1st.
PSI will offer 7 locations throughout Oregon where you will be able to take the exam:
Baker City: 2101 Main St, Suite 203
Bend: 325 N Vermont Place, Suite 106
Eugene: 1955 Empire Park Dr., Suite 1

| Examination Costs/Time Limit |
|
The cost for the exam will be $65 for the first section and $10 for each additional section. The exam will also have a time limit of 1 hour for each section except the Laws, Rules and Business Practice section and the Irrigation section; which will each have a 2 hour time limit.
