Advertising Information
Businesses that hold a Planting License only may only advertise for planting and preparing the property (grading & drainage).  You may contract for other landscaping work that requires a different license, but you must subcontract that work to another licensed landscaping business that holds that phase of license.  There is a penalty for advertising outside the scope of the license.  Don't let this happen to you.

Special Notice for Irrigation & Backflow license holders
Current licensees that hold an Irrigation plus Backflow license may add this new planting license and perform planting work as well as irrigation and backflow.
