| New Measure 49 Non-Claimant Owner Consent Form |
|
Under Measure 49, all non-claimant owners of the property are required to consent to the filing of a claim, even if the owner does not wish to be a claimant or otherwise participate in the claim.

|
This registry lists all the New Measure 49 Claims received and identifies the claim number, claim name, property address, county, date filed, dollar amount and status for each claim.
