The Oregon Ocean Policy Advisory Council (OPAC) is a legislatively mandated marine policy advisory body to the Governor of Oregon. Meetings of OPAC are usually held in cities on the Oregon coast.

Public Comment
OPAC welcomes comments from the public on issues before the Council. Please click on the link below for information on sending comments to OPAC.
Current Events
The OPAC Science and Technical Advisory Team will meet December 9th, 1-4pm.
The meeting will be held on the OSU Campus, Nash Hall. While the event is open to the public, there will be no opportunity for public testimony or comment.
Territorial Sea Plan Working Group
The Working Group has no meeting scheduled at this time. The Working Group has approved a Draft Part 5 of the Territorial Sea Plan.
