OPAC Comments
OPAC welcomes comments from the public
OPAC welcomes comments from the public on the marine reserve study site selection process, on individual study site proposals, or on any other issue before the Council. 
 
Comments submitted via email or fax pertinent to an OPAC meeting should be sent at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the meeting.  Those comments arriving too late for distribution before the meeting will be sent to OPAC as soon as possible after the meeting. 
 
To submit comments in writing at an OPAC meeting: Written comments may be given to OPAC during meetings.  Please bring 25 copies.  Written comments may also be submitted by sending 25 copies to OPAC staff at the Department of Land Conservation and Development (OPAC Contact above) at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
