Springfield Urban Growth Boundary

Introduction/Timeline

On March 31, 2017, the City of Springfield and Lane County submitted an adopted amendment to the Springfield urban growth boundary (UGB) to the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) for review.  The submittal was determined to be complete.

The DLCD director must approve or remand the submittal, or refer it ot the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC), within 120 days of submittal, or July 29, 2017.  (See OAR 660-025-0150)
