(Action Item)
The commission will consider a request by Lane LandWatch for an enforcement order under ORS 197.319 to 197.335 requiring Lane County to comply with statutory and zoning ordinance deadlines for making land use decisions. Testimony will be limited to the petitioner and the county.

 

The commission will receive an update on legislation relating to the department.

 

(Action Item)
The commission will consider the City of Bend's request for an extension of time to consider actions responding to the commission's remand of the Bend urban growth boundary. City staff will provide the commission with an update of activities and a proposed timeframe for completion.

 

The commission will receive an update on the Southern Oregon Regional Pilot Program for Regional Farm and Forest Land Conservation regarding the status of the work program.

 

AGENDA ITEM 6 - Appointment to Grants Advisory Committee

The commission will consider approval of the recommended Grants Allocation Plan and appointment of a member to the Grants Advisory Committee
