The list of TGM-13 grant awards with contact information and whether a particular project will use a consultant is now available.
To request a CD with all the application materials received, please submit a public records request. The cost for the CD is $5.
Starting with TGM-13, TGM will no longer be maintaining its own set of Price Agreements for grant projects. The methods used for consultant selection will depend on the needs of the local government and the program as a whole. The methods are:
- Price Agreements – Mini-RFP under ODOT’s existing Price Agreements will be the most common method. Projects using this method are expected to be within a $100,000 to $250,000 range and transportation focused.
- RFP –An RFP open to all firms may be issued on ORPIN for an individual project. This method is most likely to be used when specialty consulting services are needed - land use focused, bicycle/pedestrian, etc.
- Direct Appointment – This method is most likely to be used when a consultant is needed for only a small or discrete portion of the project. This method is limited to a work under $100,000.
The determination of which consultant selection method to use will be done in early 2014. Consultant selections are expected to be completed by the first week of April. TGM may post periodic updates of the status of projects on this page.
All interested firms are encouraged to sign up for ORPIN notice.
TGM currently maintains Price Agreements for Code Assistance and Quick Response.
