For Consultants

The list of TGM-14 grant awards with contact information and whether a particular project will use a consultant is now available.

Applications for awarded projects can be found on the TGM Grants page. To request a CD with all the applications received, please submit a public records request. The cost for the CD is $5.

TGM uses a variety of consultant selection methods; the method for a specific project will depend on the particulars of the project and the needs of the local government and the program. The methods are:

  1. Mini-RFP and Direct Appointment under an ODOT Price Agreement series
  2. Open RFP
  3. Direct Appointment

Consultant selections for TGM-14 are expected to be completed by the end of February. All interested firms are encouraged to sign up for ORPIN notice.

TGM may post periodic updates of the status of projects on this page. Project Status update as of February 26, 2015.

ADVISORY: A number of TGM-14 projects are likely to issue Mini-RFPs under the TEPE Price Agreements. TGM expects that consultant response times will be shorter than in previous cycles so that selections can be completed before the WOC Assignment Period expires. TGM anticipates two to four proposals will be due every week between January 5th and February 13th.
