The Bicycle and Pedestrian Travel Assessment Report was conducted to compare bicycle and pedestrian data collection practices in Oregon with state agency goals and national trends. The report provides an overview of national best practices, describes state agency use of various types of pedestrian and bicycle data, and recommends appropriate next steps for the Oregon Department of Transportation.
