Planning Services Division
The Planning Services Division provides specialized technical assistance and policy consultation to DLCD’s regional representatives  serving local governments and citizens.
 
The division includes the Transportation and Growth Management Program (TGM) and specialists dealing with urban development, farm and forest land protection, mineral and aggregate resources, economic development, natural resource management, and floodplain management.
