Welcome to the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Please contact us if you have concerns about the quality of care or the rights of residents at a long-term care facility.

If you would like more information about volunteering for the program, we have needs for Certified Ombudsman and Recruitment & Screening Committee members across the state. You can view more information on our home page, or contact us for details.

While our office hours of operation are listed below, our Certified Ombudsman volunteers are available in your local community, and are also available evenings and weekends.
