LUBA is preparing to amend its administrative rules, OAR Division 1 and Division 10. In 2007, we started the process to amend our rules but never submitted the final rules to be published. The rule changes that we are proposing are largely the product of the process that was started in 2007. We chose to restart the process in order to solicit further comments and to address any concerns that may have arisen in the last two years.
LUBA requests that you read the proposed new rules and submit any comments that you feel we should consider by August 29, 2009. After that date, no further comments will be accepted. A link to the draft of the proposed rules is available below.
