The legislature has passed HB 3199, which (1) increases the fee to file a notice of intent to appeal from $175 to $200, and (2) creates new fees of $100 to file a motion to intervene or a state agency brief.  HB 3199 was signed by the Governor on August 4, 2009 and is effective immediately.
