LUBA is now publishing Oregon LUBA Reports Volume 63. This will be a single hardbound volume containing the Board’s substantive opinions and orders issued between February 1, 2011 and July 31, 2011, with case and motion indices, a headnote index and a headnote digest. Volume 63 will be bound in a manner similar to the Oregon Supreme Court Reports and past volumes of the Oregon LUBA Reports. Volume 63 will be available late May 2012.

LUBA is required to recover the cost of publishing its decisions through subscription fees. If you wish to order Volume 63, please complete this order form and send it to LUBA with your check for $175.00 per volume. Make your check payable to the Land Use Board of Appeals. Please do not send cash.
