Directions
 
From south:
Take I-5 North toward Salem.  Take Exit 256 toward Market St. / Silverton.  Keep left to take the ramp toward Fairgrounds-Amphitheater.  Turn left on Market St. NE / OR-213.  Continue on Market St. NE for 1.7 miles.  Turn left onto Summer St. NE and drive approximately .3 miles.  The building is on the right side of the street.
 
From west:
Take Highway 22 East toward Salem.  After crossing the Willamette River, Highway 22 becomes Center St NE.  Continue on Center St. NE and turn left onto Capitol St. NE.  Take the 3rd left onto D St. NE.  Take the 1st left onto Summer St. NE.  The building is on the right side of the street.
 
From north:
Take I-5 South toward Salem.  Take Exit 258 toward North Salem / Fairgrounds / Amphitheater.  Turn right onto Portland Rd. NE.  Portland Rd. NE becomes Fairgrounds Rd. NE.  Take a slight left onto Summer St. NE and drive approximately .8 miles.  The building is on the right side of the street.
 
From east:
Take Highway 22 West toward Salem.  Take the OR-99E-BR / OR-22 W ramp toward Willamette U. / City Center.  Keep right to take the ramp toward 12th St. / State Offices.  Stay straight to go onto 13th St. SE.  Turn slight right onto 12th St. SE.  Turn left onto Marion St. NE.  Take the 1st right onto Capitol St. NE.  Take the 2nd left onto D St. NE.  Take the 1st left onto Summer St. NE.  The building is on the right side of the street.
 
Parking:
Two hour metered parking is available in front of the building.  (Please note that we cannot provide change for the meters.)  If the metered spaces are full, there is a gravel parking lot with a Self-Serve Park & Pay vending machine approximately two blocks ahead on Summer St. NE between Marion St. NE and Center St. NE.  The machine accepts debit/credit cards only.  The current rate is $6 per day for this lot.
 
LUBA Office:
After entering the building, you will see a staircase and elevator to the left.  Take the stairs or the elevator to the third floor.  When you exit the staircase or elevator, LUBA’s office is on the right.
