About Us

Welcome to the Lake County Circuit Court

The circuit court provides service to all of the citizens of Lake County and to others who have a need for judicial services in Lake County. The mission of the circuit court can be stated as follows:

• To provide a place of last resort for members of the community to resolve disputes and/or conflicts.
• To effectively and efficiently record and maintain records of court decisions and the court process.
