  • .Circuit Court Filing Fee Changes Effective October 1, 2009

    Legislative changes in 2009 that become effective October 1, 2009, will significantly change some court filing fee amounts. (HB 2287, ch. 659, Oregon Laws 2009).

  • Memo to the Lane County Bar: Implementation of Temporary Filing Fees, Additional Party Fees, Ex Parte Order Fees, and Judgment Fees. (click here to view).

  • Family Court Assistance Office: If you are planning to represent yourself in a family law matter such as divorce, legal separation, or establishing custody and parenting time, the Family Court Assistance Office may be able to help. They have FREE forms you can download from this website or you can purchase forms for a nominal fee directly from the office. The Family Court Assistance Office also offers the FREE service of document review. NOTE: Some online document preparation services charge a substantial fee for family court forms and their product is not guaranteed to be complete or sufficient to resolve a case in Lane County Circuit Court.

  • Family Court Assistance Office Has Moved!
    As of April 1st, 2009 Family Court Assistance Office has moved to its new location in the basement of Lane County Courthouse. Office hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and we will continue to provide private appointments in the afternoon.  Customers must take the elevator to the basement and the office is to the immediate left.  FCAO previous location (third floor) will be retained for use in order to provide assistance as needed to Judges with self represented litigants in Ex Parte, Trial Call, and Show Cause hearings.
