| General Information |

The Board meets quarterly on the second Wednesday in the months of January, April, July and October. Meetings convene at 8:30 a.m. and generally adjourn around 3:00 p.m. Board meetings are typically held in Room 445 of the State Office Building located at 800 NE Oregon Street in Portland.
Board meetings are open to the public except for the executive session. Meeting notices, agendas and minutes are made available on the board’s web site or by contacting the board office.
Please note that meeting dates are subject to change due to lack of a quorum or inclement weather conditions. Additionally, the meeting location is subject to change due to the availability of an adequate meeting room.
