Laws/Rules for Chiropractic Profession
Permanent Rule Adoptions, Amendments, or Deletions
On October 6, 2011  The OBCE amended the three following rules to allow for acceptance of chiropractic graduates of foreign chiropractic colleges meeting recognized accreditation standards.
The rules are NOT yet filed with the Secretary of the State, but will be soon, and effective thereafter.

On July 29, 2011 The court STAYED the dry needling rule. It is NOT effective until further notice.
On May 15, 2011 the OBCE adopted the Dry Needling rule.
