Proposed & Permanent Rule Adoptions, Amendments, or Deletions

The following rules will become effective upon filing.  Permanent language will be attached to each rule citation below as soon as each has been filed with the Secretary of State's office. 

The Board reviewed and adopted a number of administrative rules in Division 10 of Chapter 811 for Chiropractic Physicians for housekeeping purposes.

The proposed draft language is provided in these four documents.  


A rule hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 17 in Hampton Hall at University of Western States during the OBCE's regularly scheduled Board meeting.  The Hearing notice is posted HERE, and on the OBCE's home page.   The last day/time for comment is at 5 PM November 17, 2016.  Comments may be faxed or emailed to the Board - FAX (503) 362-1260 or oregon.obce@oregon.gov​


July 1, 2015 AMENDED and Effective 
The Board amended OARs 811-010-0066, 811-010-0085​ and 811-010-0086 regarding fees.


May 19, 2016   AMENDED 
The Board amended OAR 811-010-0110 Chiropractic Assistants which now requires applicants for the chiropractic assistant certificateion to be fingerprinted prior to certification.  On this same day the Board amended OAR 811-010-0084​ Fitness Determination to include the addition of "applicants for chiropractic assistant certification" to section (3).
