2nd Rule Hearing Notice with DRAFT 3 - PrePaid Treatment Plans
License Suspension and Probation Provisions (Adopted 11/15/12; Effective 11-28-12)
On November 15, 2012 the Board of Chiropractic Examiners held an Administrative Rulemaking Hearing regarding an amendment to OAR 811-015-0002 Pre-Paid Treatmet Plans. The Oregon Chiropractic Association would like to submit additional recommendations, so no Board action was taken on this rule at this time. The original rule hearing notice can be viewed HERE.
In addition, the board opened the hearing for public comment on NEW rule 811-015-0080 License Suspension and Probation Provisions. No public appeared for comment, and the Board adopted the rule as presented in Draft 2. See above link. |
