Proposed & Permanent Rule Adoptions, Amendments, or Deletions

UPDATE (5/9/16) 
March 17, 2016 & May 19, 2016
The Board is proposing to require fingerprint background checks for all Chiropractic Assistant Applicants.  On May 19, 2016 the Board will hold a second hearing on the matter. Last day for comment  For more information, follow this link: Proposed Rule OAR 811-010-0110.  Also, on this same day, the Board intends to adopt this rule 811-010-0084​ with the minor addition of "applicants for chiropractic assistant certification" to section (3).  The last day for written, or oral, comment is May 19, 2016. 

May 21, 2015
The Board amended three administrative rules which increase the DC Application and Reciprocity fees, the Initial License fees, the License Renewal fees (Active, Inactive and Senior Active), and the Late Renewal Penalty fee.  These fee increases become effective July 1, 2015:
