2003-2005 Performance Measures
Links to Oregon Benchmarks, Data Summary as of January 2004 , Data Sources, Performance Measure Review. (pdf)
Performance Accomplishments:
1. Percentage of all completed dietitian license applications processed within two weeks (goal of 100): 71
2. Percentage of complaints determined to be unfounded or resulting in final order within nine months (goal of 100): -- (no complaints)
3. Percentage of licensees rating agency service as at least "good" (goal of 50): 77
Agency Influence on Benchmarks:
1. Seventy-one percent seems to be the highest attainable by a 0.3-FTE staff. The biennial license renewal is a tide of data processing that might bring a temporary staff enlargement in 2005.
2. No experience within the reporting period.
3. The attained percentage suggests that the agency’s substantial influence and energy are proportionately rewarded.
