Jackie Dingfelder serves as the State Senator from District 23 in Northeast and Southeast Portland. When she is not in Salem, she works as a Senior Environmental Planner for a private consulting firm. Senator Dingfelder is a strong champion of protecting Oregon’s environment and has extensive experience on water resources management, energy, and conservation issues.
