Helpful tips
  • Provide complete information when requesting service; include contact person, and the person who will be responsible for the seed process.
  • Have the seed lot and process materials down and ready when the ODA arrives.
  • Provide the ODA inspector a worksheet/blendsheet that includes lot information and calculations of the treatment/blend.
  • Double check the official letter to make sure it matches the lot information and treatment/blend information provided when the process was initiated.
  • Do not begin process untill authorized to do so. In order to be official, an authorized ODA inspector must review process information prior to beginning process. No verification letters will be granted for processes completed prior to authorization.
