There will be a public hearing to adopt permanent administrative rules to implement Oregon's 2% biodiesel blending renewable fuel standard statewide and to exempt 91 octane or higher gasoline from the 10% by volume ethanol blending mandate.

The National Biodiesel Board provides biodiesel users with a toll free number to troubleshoot fuel issues in the event that their fuel distributor is unable to assist them with issues.

Some specific applications are exempt from the mandate to use ethanol blended gasoline. The Oregon State Marine Board provides a list on their website of where to find non-blended fuel.

Submit a complaint for fuel quality, quantity, or advertising concerns online. A field inspector will investigate your complaint and inform you of the results.
