Introduction
(1) Except as otherwise provided in these rules or other rules of the ODA, invertebrate species listed below may be imported, possessed, sold, purchased, exchanged or transported in the state without an ODA permit. However a permit for the importation, possession, or intrastate transportation of ODA approved species may be required by the US Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Form 526:
