Nursery compliance lists
The Nursery and Christmas Tree Program provides annual testing for certain state regulated pests and pathogens. Once a nursery is found free of such pests and pathogens, it is included on the various compliance lists. This page includes nursery compliance lists for Phytophthora ramorum and European pine shoot moth.

Phytophthora ramorum free nursery lists
The revisions to the USDA Domestic Quarantine ( 7 CFR 301.92) against Phytophthora ramorum  (SOD) state that effective March 31, 2014, Federal Order (FO) DA-2014-02 updates the P. ramorum quarantine requirements for the interstate movement of host nursery stock from regulated and quarantined areas of California, Oregon, and Washington.  The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is required to maintain a list of nurseries who ship nursery stock out of state and who are, at least annually, inspected for the presence of P. ramorum. This list is maintained as up to date as possible.  Contact ODA at 503/ 986-4644 if you have questions.

European pine shoot moth free nurseries
European pine shoot moth certified nursery/Christmas tree shippers (pdf, 40kB); link deactivated until EPSM trapping period is complete in early fall of 2014. Temporary certificates will be issued by inspectors for nurseries trapped for 2014.
Cereal Leaf Beetle

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) has discontinue enforcement of CCR 3277, the Cereal Leaf Beetle (CLB) State Exterior Quarantine.  All articles previously regulated by CCR 3277 will no longer be required to meet the conditions of the quarantine. All other applicable state and federal quarantines remain in effect. Oregon growers are reminded that shipping a plant with a known pest of disease is a violation of both Oregon and California rule.
