Administrative rules amended and adopted effective February 1, 2009.
In 2006 the Board of Forestry directed the department to reconvene the Forest Resource Trust Advisory Committee. Since then the committee has reviewed the program, identified and recommended actions to improve its vitality, and worked with the department to simplify the process and make the program more attractive to landowners.
