Registering for burning logging slashing is a separate process than the regular notification process. When you notify for a logging operation be sure the check box 6 Treatment of Slash'. If you fail to do this, it means you have not notified for all forest activities that you will perform and you must complete another notification.
The Department of Forestry only regulates the burning of slash from a logging operation. If your burning material is not from a logging operation please check with your local fire department or with LRAPA for burning regulations.
